Peppermint Magazine Free Jumpsuit Review
I knew immediately that when I was selected to write March’s Blog for Lush Cloth that I was going to create a garment that was free to all. It seemed to coincide perfectly with the sewing challenge #sewfrugal22, which was running in March – where you sew a free pattern with a fabric from your stash.

I was delighted when I opened this package as the colour of the green corduroy was more beautiful than I thought it would be and together with the black cotton poplin is a match made in heaven. The cord is so soft and has a lovely velvety texture and ideally for trousers it has a small amount of stretch.

The Pietra Trousers were a surprisingly easy make, and came together in a matter of hours. I found the instructions to be excellent, the process simple, and I am delighted with the result! There are no special skills required and I would definitely recommend the pattern to any beginner who wants a foray into the exciting world of trousers.
