Delivery & Returns
All orders are shipped within 1 – 4 days of order placement. Upon receiving your order an email will be sent notifying you your order has been dispatched. Should we encounter any issues we will contact you as soon as possible.
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Signed For or Tracked 48. Orders below £50.00 shipment is chargeable and the cost is £3.99 and this will be automatically updated at checkout.
Please note for large purchases there may be additional shipping costs incurred, you will be contacted when this arises.
International Orders will be sent by Royal Mail or UPS and a tracking number will be provided to you. In some instances, where the order is large, the price for shipment may be higher and shipment may need to be done via an alternative carrier, you will be notified and confirmation will be required prior to despatch.
Customs and Duties
This may be incurred in the receiving country, this will be the responsibility of the customer and we advise you to check this prior to placing an order, as we cannot cover any customs charges.
Shipping rates are fixed at £18 for orders up to £130, above this value please contact us.
Shipping is done via Royal Mail tracked for parcels up to 2kg, and above this will be UPS.
USA & Canada
Shipping rates are fixed at £24 for orders up to £150
Shipping rates are fixed at £23 for orders up to £200, above this the cost to ship is £35.00
Australia & New Zealand
Shipping rates are fixed at £20 for orders up to max 2kg your countries postal service.
Shipping rates are fixed at £39 for orders using UPS.
Shipping rates are fixed at £36 for orders using UPS.
Shipping rates are fixed at £30 for orders up to £100.

We are unable to accept returns on any cut fabric, unless there is a fault with the fabric.
For all other items that are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags or labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the faulty fabric.
The fabric will need to be returned at your cost, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
