Delivery & Returns
All orders are shipped within 1 – 3 days of order placement. Upon receiving your order an email will be sent notifying you your order has been dispatched. Should we encounter any issues we will contact you as soon as possible.
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Signed For. Orders below £40.00 shipment is chargeable and the cost is £3.99 and this will be automatically updated at checkout.
Please note for large purchases there may be additional shipping costs incurred, you will be contacted when this arises.
Due to changes implemented from Brexit, we are currently not shipping internationally but we are reviewing this and will update our website in due course on international shipping prices.
We are unable to accept returns on any cut fabric, unless there is a fault with the fabric.
For all other items that are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags or labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the faulty fabric.
The fabric will need to be returned at your cost, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
