This is a wonderful denim blue washed linen fabric. Washed linen means fabric which has been washed already to reduce shrinkage and provide additional softness. The fabric quality is lovely, with a strong sturdy handle but still provides some drape across the body. Linen is a great fabric to use because it feels light and is breathable. It is an ideal dressmaking fabric for clothing such as dresses, skirts, trousers but also decorative purposes too.
